LANDCRAFT provides a platform for developers and investors to collaborate on interesting projects. The team is led by Mike Culpepper, a former managing partner with Venture Realty Group. Before Venture, Mike practiced law at Williams Mullen PC.

LANDCRAFT develops and advises on real estate projects emphasizing joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Project types include traditional retail, residential communities, entertainment facilities, destination resort development, and surf parks.

Our Experience

LANDCRAFT helped manage the largest single public-private partnership in the history of Virginia Beach: Atlantic Park. Previous projects include Atlantic Park Surf (North America's first Wavegarden Cove), Atlantic Park Living, The Dome and many others.
